On March 7th, 2023, I visited the Clicks Pharmacy at Boulders, Midrand to pick up my prescription. The pharmacist, Cindy, suggested an alternative brand, assuring me it was the same as my prescribed meds. Eight days later, my doctor was shocked to discover I was given the wrong medication.

Subsequent tests revealed that the incorrect prescription hindered my recovery. I immediately reported this to Clicks, and the manager, Portia Buthelezi, offered compensation. I refused. To my dismay, Clicks' head office was unaware of my complaint.
