Negligence at Clicks Cavendish Glen now causing me an inconvenience

I had a very bad encounter at Clicks Cavendish Glen on Friday. I was shopping for some things and the cashier charged me for 2 extra tins of baby milk which was over R700. When I noticed this and they had to correct it I was told that the money will be paid back into my account in 24 hours. Even today I haven't received my money back. I am now being inconvenienced for the mistake of a negligent cashier. I specifically told her that something was not right with the amount I was charged but she went on and kept being sarcastic asking what do I think is wrong with the amount. I am really upset with Clicks Cavendish Glen I don't think I would ever do my shopping in that store again.
