Negligence and Lack of Professionalism (Kundai Chinyemba)

<p>I went to clicks Sandton City yesterday afternoon to get my prescription, only to be assisted by someone whom I presume has just graduated from Varsity because of the way they handled my request. First they claimed that they were out of stock for Fucibet and that I should call my doctor to find an alternative or collect from a atore almost 20 km away. Only for this prescription to be found in a matter of minutes by his colleague. Also, I was prescribed a 7 day (twice a day dose) of Pulmison, only for him to give a one-a-day dose, even after I pointed out that he'd given me less than what I was prescribed. I subsequntly called the pharmacy after making the discovery and told Kundai that he'd messed up and it was unacceptable. He then had teh audacity to ask if I can come in to 'fetch' the remainder of my prescription, to which i declined seeing as this is not my fault and that he must fix this. He assured me that he'll drop it off at my workplace today (10/02/2017) by 10:00. And I'm still waiting. I called again to see if he'l make it and I'm being given the run around, especially since my bill has additional costs that no one wants to resolve with me. This is unaccetbale and I will be lodging a complaint with the SAPC immediately. I'm in need of those meds and this unprofessional man won't even show some sense of empathy like he's supposed to! </p>
