Negligence

I am leaving Clicks in Promenade Mall After begging them at 20:55pm to please assist my child who is suffering from an ellergy reaction and his face they could see it's SWOLLEN, What ****ed me off is that they are still assisting customers inside and they lie to my face saying the system has been switched off, before 9pm hit I took a picture to prove my time spent there. And they refused to just assist me with just ELLERGEX. I am super disappointed at them as my child is now 6 years and from birth I have been using their products. I am really deeply disappointed�
