There are so many negatives; the rating does not provide for a minus zero. Neither does the nature - for the same reason. Members of a Medical Aid Scheme pay a (un) reasonable monthly premium to ensure benefits in accordance with their selected option. My premium (for one person) is in the higher bracket. The benefits I enjoy are excellent. The chronic medication benefit is excellent ................. until it comes to the actual dispensing and delivery. Enters Clicks Direct Medicines. I am going to mention the December 2017 delivery only. After 2-3 telephone calls from the 12th to the 14th, I eventually received a package on the 18th ............ 2 items short. (vital - chronic!?!) Back to the phone calls! New hope in the new year. Called on 2 January. They will marked it urgent to be delivered by Friday. .......... Monday the 8th? Phone ....... Clicks Direct. It has been sitting in the Durban store since the 22nd of December 2016! I ask to speak to a Supervisor (such person has but never been available to me. ) I phone Durban. They never received that order. Phone Clicks Direct - different agent. Offers - actually persistently insists to call Durban and call me back which I find suspicious. He phones back - every thing is in order. They will deliver today. I phone Durban, only to be informed that they never received the order for the two short delivered items! They did however, receive it now and will deliver today. Conclusion - Clicks Direct Medicines are less thank truthful. They cover up their mistakes. All queries are met with a system error - systems are down. There is never as previously mentioned, a supervisor/call center administrator available! This is not my first negative experience ......... It might not be a bad idea for my Medical Aid and perhaps some others to investigate the quality (or lack) of Clicks Direct Medicine's service.
