Needs training

<p>So every time I go to get my contraception from clicks at medicross they have a problem picking up my profile. Then they discovered its not linked to my clicks club card I wonder why. Went there a week or two ago they never had stock. Came to clicks at the village today GUESS WHAT CAN'T PICK UP MY PROFILE. I had to call medicross for them to speak to the pharmacist at the village and they still didnt load it correct. Eventually she had to ask for a fax. This is such a inconvenience. A waste of time. I was here for 30 minutes</p>
