Need to understand something

<p>I bought mitchum price advertised at store was R42 and some change, and was billed R52 and some change. Went to query about it at the store and they only refunded me the difference, but according to the consumer protection act, was supposed to be given for free. Told the "manager" and he just looked at me like i am crazy. So please can someone please explain why the act was not followed. At the till i did ask the lady why are prices different. This is not about money it is about the ethical of the matter. This is not the first time something like this has ever happened but the results are different depending which Clicks it is. Is there no standard solution to customer's complaints? </p>
