Good day, we would like to express our utmost gratitude for the excellent communication, and clarity that we received today!!! Some aspects took us continuous repetition to understand but Ms Ncikazi Mbelu was so calm, exceptionally warm, professional and patient. She really has high emotional intelligence and in particular; volition, drive and self regulation. We learned a lot from her superb customer care services. She really is an incredibly knowledgeable lady, and she made our day.
