I went to Clicks at Birchleigh North Mall this morning and I bought pure soap. As I was walking out, the door beeped, I immediately turn around and take the soap back to the cashier to re scan it. As she does that, I decide to go take a deodorant, during that time I was being followed by the security guy . I pay and leave , but this time with no beeping. I go to a shop just across Clicks and as I turn to my side , I realise that the cashiers are walking through the aisles, alongside the security guard, checking for “whatever it is I put back “, I’m guessing when I went to go take the deodorant.. This made me feel very uncomfortable and offended. PLEASE INSTALL CAMERAS IN YOUR SHOP! UP YOUR SECURITY! SO AS TO NOT MAKE CUSTOMERS FEEL LIKE SHOPLIFTERS BECAUSE OF A SYSTEM YOU USE THAT CLEARLY DOESNT WORK! I’m LIVID !
