MY PHONE WAS ****** BY TELLER AT CLICKS

I was at Clicks Greenacres this morning. I went into the store and I took 2 Dove deodrants then rushed to the till points. I paid for my stuff then went to deposit money to a Capitec Bank. I then noticed that my Iphone is missing. I went back to Clicks and enquired about my phone I was told that the teller did not see it.

I am possitive thaat my phone was ****** at the till points and the teller took it. I asked for a CCTV footage as I remembered the time I was in the shop. I was told that they do not have camera's at the till points. How is that even possible? the manager said they just removed it last month. I am unhappy with the fact that my phone was ****** at clicks and they have no camera's. I want Clicks company to reimburse me for my phone as I am positive and without a doubt that it was ****** at the till point.
