My new favourite Clicks

On Sunday afternoon, 04 October we visited the new Clicks at Dainfern Square. This is not the usual branch of Clicks I visit as Fourways Mall is much closer. I walked in and one of the staff greeted me and bade me welcome to Clicks. My wife and I were walking around the store and another staff member asked if she could help. My wife declined and went about her shopping. Another staff member passed by on his way to, what appeared to be the stock room and greeted as he walked past. We were greeted and offered assistance by no less than 5 staff at the branch. At checkout, my wife asked the cashier about the special on toilet paper. He was knowledgeable about the contents of the store, aware of current specials and friendly. This was a man who genuinely cared about what his customer had to say. And he was just the cashier. I can only imagine what management must be like. The cashier made an error by scanning a product twice. My wife brought it to his attention, he scanned the till slip and went about rectifying the problem immediately. He was polite and friendly and efficient. What I really liked is there was no awkward silence. He explained what he was doing every step of the way.
