My mother without critical medication because of pharmacy incompetence

<p>We went to Clicks pharmacy at Mall@Carnival to get my mom's prescription medication for severe hypertension. It was her 4th time on a six month prescription. We were informed by a rude pharmacist that she has already received the medication 6 times. We told him that this was only the 4th time, but he refused to give the medication and told us that she must get a new script from the doctor. When we got home we checked her previous box of medication and it confirmed that it was only her 4th repeat. Now my mom is without her critical medication for a serious medical condition until she can get an appointment at the doctor. This can cause serious problems with her health as her blood pressure goes very high without the medication. This matter and the rudeness of your pharmacist is causing her a lot of stres which also increases her blood pressure. </p>
