My life was threatened in front of other customers

<p>I got an asthma attack while i was at work, i requested a colleague of mine to get medication for me from clicks pharmacy at the Grove mall, the same mall that i work in. My colleague was turned away by Lindiwe Sekwane, who was apparently very rude. I had no choice but to go in myself, despite the condition that i was in.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>I have never experience such utter disregard for customer service, let alone humanity. I went into clicks pharmacy at The Grove mall in Lynnwood Pretoria. I am on chronic medication and i was put on repeat prescription which was scanned onto the system. I always go to this specific branch as i work in the same mall.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>I was assisted by a different assistant who m was very helpful and understanding. I indicated my dissatisfaction to him while Lindiwe was eavesdropping.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>To my surprise, she jumped at me, leaving the customers that she was attending to. She started shouting at me, telling me that it wasn't her job to check if the prescription was loaded onto the system, and she used unpleasant language at me. She also told me that she would take her uniform off and wait for me outside to sort me out. She went as far as to tell me that i should never set my foot at Clicks again as there will be consequences. I was shaking out of fear and frustration at the same time.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>I work in the same mall and i now feel threatened. I cannot imagine that an employee would have a right or even a remote feeling that they have a right to threaten another human being. I need this matter to be taken very seriously, and i will not stop until she is brought to book.</p> <p> </p>
