my husband has been without heart pills for a week now

<p>I don't know what's gone wrong with CDM at the moment - it seems like they don't want to supply us any more! Since April I have been struggling with them - with my script for Tenchlor, with my script for Calciferol and now with my husband's heart meds.</p> <p> </p> <p>To list all the desperate phone calls and emails would take too long - they make promises of delivery which never pan out. You get told they will sort the delivery out and send it TODAY - never happens! Then you get told they don't have the script (strange since they delivered the calciferol the last time - the first script). You get told they will be there by Thursday (the heart pills and my thyroid pills) - it is now Monday and we are still waiting. Phoned again this morning and were told we'd have them by tomorrow... by the same woman! In the past, pills were delivered on time. Now it seems you have to phone each time you need pills. </p> <p>Another thing is that they seem to send requests for payment through to Medshield far too early, which are then rejected of course, then they don't get around to doing it at the right time so you don't get your pills.</p>
