My first time using the Clicks online option and certainly my last time.

I purchased a hair curler at clicks online, the money was deducted out of my bank account but the item is still laying in my basket, that happened last week, then I called their customer service and they notified me that it would take up to 48 hours for my query to be resolved. Till this day I am still waiting on their call, their customer service people are useless!!!!!!

I will never ever purchase from Clicks ever again.. I guess I would have to call in again for my own money to be reversed right!!!!!!
