My experience is for the Clicks Pharmacy Hillside Bluff, it started in December last year when I got my prescription medication, when I got home I realised the Aspen Warfarin I am supposed to take was changed to Cipla, they never informed me, when I went to collect my next prescription I told the pharmacist I want Aspen Warfarin, I was told there is no stock in the country. The third month once again I am not informed and they change my water tablet to something else and again the same story as the Warfarin no stock in the country, by the 5th month they change my one blood pressure tabelet to their generic brand, and once again I am not informed and when I ask I am given the same story, so now I have 3 different medications not prescribed by my Specialist. I then started getting heart palpitations and thought I was having a heart attack, this is what their generic medication caused. I worked for Clicks in the 90's and have always wanted to be a loyal customer, but it appears that their pharmacists have some sort of incentive to push their generic medication regardless of the health risks. I have since moved my chronic medication to another pharmacy and my medication I have been told was out of stock is miraculously available at this pharmacy and they have no stock issues.
