my consumer rights have been violated

<p>I am not happy about what happened on 11.02.2017 and 11.03.2017, a pharmacist by the name of Moedest made a Repeat Customer Prescription without my knowledge, i was surprised when i went to clicks cresta on 17.02.2017 to purchase my chronic, only to find out the purchase was done on 11.02.2017 at newtown junction, i went there to inquire i was told of the RSP, i request him to cancel it, i was promised tht it is done, but unfortunately the same thing happened this saturday on 11.03.2017 i recieve an sms from polmed that the claim of 718.00 will be paid in 3 days, i was so surprised coz i was at home, i went to clicks again to inquire the very same guy Moedest told me that he when you are on chronic you are obligated to be on RSP, meaning you wont buy chronic any where except that certain clicks, ok i ask for that claimed medication, UNFORTUNATELY HE DIDN'T HAVE ON STOCK HE WILL WAIT FOR MONDAY TO CALL THE SUPPLIER, so my question is how can he claim something that he doesnt have on stock, and he didnt give me the answer that i needed, i according to me i treat this as *****.i didnt give anyone a go ahead to do whatever they want on my medical aid.</p>
