Multiple swipping

Saturday the 1nd November 2025,went to purchase my cosmetics at clicks .one of their cashier machine seems to have network problem, the cashier keep on swiping my card the reason it's because in her side keep on saying error but on my app the money go through. She said it will reverse in a minute till today the money hasn't reversed. I am not staying in that area I told them that will be inconvenience for me to come back there ,they said they are 100% that my money will reverse in 15 minutes. That was my last money and had no fuel since I was gonna put fuel after shopping. Tried to call them so that they can reverse my money since I can't go back there to the shop quite far from me but still no help.wanted to email the bank statement so that they can give me my money.but they want me in person.because they have power,they abusing their power to the client. Its either I don't get my money or I travel 300 km .this is unacceptable and abused to the customer. They hire *********** cashiers and managers who abuse their power to the client cause they know theres nothing we will do.
