Multiple Appointment cancellations

Good day, I am very disappointed at the service provided to my wife and kid by ur Clicks branch in Parow centre. My son has been due for immunisation, my wife contacted your branch in Parow to set up an appointment to see a doctor. On the day of the appointment, she was contacted by Clicks in Parow to reschedule the appointment as they claimed they didn't have a doctor for the day, she waited for about 3 weeks, only for her to be contacted again for another cancellation with no alternative whatsoever, this is a disgrace and should my son be under any unforseen illnesses, I will take it up with your heads. If no correspondence is made by Monday, i'll be at the head offices.... Contact my wife on *** asap
