Ms. Almarie Kotze at the Clicks Pharmacy – Harvest Place branch in Glen Marais problematic

I would like to express my disappointment with the service I received from Ms. Almarie Kotze at the Clicks Pharmacy – Harvest Place branch in Glen Marais. On multiple occasions, she has been consistently rude and dismissive in her tone, speaking to me in a way that felt condescending and disrespectful. Her manner of communication left me feeling belittled and uncomfortable, as though I were being spoken to like a child rather than a valued customer.

Most recently, she refused to provide me with my last repeat prescription and follow-up, despite it being part of my prescribed medication cycle. As a result, I am now forced to obtain a new script unnecessarily, causing inconvenience and added stress.

I believe that customer service—especially in a healthcare setting—should be grounded in professionalism, respect, and compassion. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience at this branch. I hope this feedback encourages reflection and improvement in how patients are treated moving forward.
