clicks direct medicines driver calls me when he is at the gate.there was no call prior to their arrival.they expect working class people to just be sitting and waiting for their delivery of my chronic medication.the meds were returned and I was advised by the driver that he will come the next day.i waited the next day and no one came.i called the pharmacy and enquired.i was told by the pharmacist that direct medicines has cancelled my chronic meds.Apparently I was contacted with regards to the cancellation.i never got a call from them.i cant understand how they can make a important decision like that without my knowledge.now I have no medication due to other peoples incompetence.
