Mother with child verbally abused by Clicks staff member

Last night my 5-year old child and I were traumatised by verbal assault from a cashier at Clicks Midway Mews in Midrand. Rogers Maluleke used the F-word on me multiple times, while shouting at me (in front of my child) to the point it looked as if he was about to assault me. All this because I queried a transaction on my slip. Who knows what would have happened if I hadn't shouted for the assistance of a security guard. Escalated to the store manager, and the abuser then approached me and shouted at me again, insisting that he never swore at me, since the manager was now present! Guess what, he is back at work, and has access to unsuspecting members of the public this morning. I'm disgusted that what is supposed to be a family store can allow a mother and child to be treated this way. Following an HR process is one thing, but allowing a staff member to continue working after verbally abusing a woman is not acceptable. By the way, the assistant manager and at least four other co-workers witnessed the entire incident. They were more interested in keeping me quiet or getting me out of the store, so other customers wouldn't be aware on the incident, than the safety of my child and me, or sorting out their staff member who was becoming violent. Clearly, the integrity of Clicks group and their management is quite questionable.
