Most unsuitable and unaccomodating store for single mothers

Clicks Orange Farm Eyethu Mall I am extremely disappointed in the treatment I got on Saturday with your difficult and ridiculous rules. You're store doesn't accomodate and almost feels like discriminates against single mothers. I couldn't get my medication on Saturday the 25th of January 2025. I was stopped by a tall security guard at the door because I had an empty Pick N Pay trolly with me using it to push my 3 year old daughter around in and I was stopped by the door and was told I couldn't enter with an empty trolley. I then left it outside the store and took my daughter out of it and proceeded to go in and the security stopped me again and said that my daughters ice cream was not allowed in!! And the manager saw what happened and said and did nothing about it. I asked the security guard if I throw it away will they handle my toddlers tantrum and reimburse me the money I used to buy the ice cream and he said he doesn't care what i do with it he will not allow me in with it. I said I have no one to leave my daughter with I am here alone and I am a regular there but the disrespect and the ridiculous rules cost me not to get my medication and i was so upset with what happened. I am extremely disappointed and would prefer if they had a big fat sign saying No trolleys, no ice cream and no single mothers. I understand I need to take the responsibility of paying for something my daughter damaged or spilled but I've been there many times with my daughter and the worst she does is find the hair accessories fascinating. Not all of us raise our kids to be messy. Why not accommodate for single mothers? Will I need a baby sitter every time I need to go get some there
