MOST Inconvenient online shop EVER

I am hugely dissappointed by your so called "click n collect" i think you should change it to click n collect after 3days, because for someone like me who thought it is actually more convenient than a delivery to my home,its not helpful.

I phoned your "customer service" the 1 agent felicia put the phone down while i was waiting for her to get an answer for my question from the "online team".

I called in again and sked Agent 2 willene if they could change the "collection address" to my home address seeing that i will be getting the order on monday anyway. She tells me unfortunately we cant change the address,apparently if they make changes it will take up2 3days(ridiculous). I asked for the order to be cancelled, she has to send my request to the online team bla bla bla and they will probably get back to me on monday.

WOW!!!CLICKS U NEED TO LEARN A FEW IMPORTANT THINGS FROM THE AWESOME ONLINE TEAM LIKE WOOLWORTHS.

Whenever i call woolworths online team for order cancellation(order being processed status) they call my bank while im on the phone and my money gets reversed immediately. How awesome is that??

Now u couldnt deliver on your click n collect because i cant wait 3DAYS and you cant even give my money back, i must wait for 3DAYS. This is INCONVINIENCE FOR AN ONLINE SHOPPER LIKE ME.

Is there anything about your online shopping that actually takes less than 3DAYS? Or you have a lot more customers than any other online shop?

This ordeal is gonna put me off clicks for a while. I will NEVER RECOMMEND or even try your online shop ever again. I WILL ALSO BE RETURNING THE HAIR PRODUCTS I PURCHASED YESTERDAY.

Oh! And u should perhaps ask DIschem what "click n collect" actually means.

Saturday - order before 9am: Collect from 1pm same day till store closes Saturday - order after 9am: Collect from 1pm on Monday Sunday & Public Holidays: Collect from 1pm next working day *The Click & Collect service is available 7 Days a week.
