Most Clicks Pharmacy & Clinics are dreadful

I booked a Vitality Health Check on Friday 9 April 2022. The tests associated with the vitality Health Check but I told the confused but helpful nurse that I am here to the Discovery Health Check and not really concerned about my Bonitas wellness screening, I insisted on paying for my Discovery Health Check and to my surprise and concern she indicated it was one and the same. I thought then here I go again with Clicks staff not knowing how to do their jobs as I know the procedure. As I predicted and twice requested the nurse to allow me to pay for my Discovery Health Check. Looking back she seemed not to understand and true to form , no results were sent to Discovery and even my Bonitas wellness results were incompletely reported. Now I will have to fix another disaster created by Clicks staff. Last month it was chaos over a flu jab vaccine ,the month before forgetting to order my meds for a week and then lying by saying supplier out of stock. Clicks Pharmacy in most places don't work. Even the page were you send general queries doesn't work to allow the message to be sent. I have developed an unhealthy resentment towards Clicks and most of the pharmacy and clinics they operate . It's dreadful to rely on this company.
