Money gone missing!

On the 22nd at 9:17am of April I had visited South Gate mall clicks store. I made a scan to pay purchase, the purchase was successful on my end, however, no till slip was received on their end. The cashier said I should wait for an hour for the money to be reversed, I waited. Thereafter she said if not the same day I should wait till Monday. I went back to store gave in my details for a call to be logged. I was assured that within a 24 to 48 hour period I would get my money. Nothing, I than phoned clicks to logg my own call and I was told the matter would be assculated. A week later nothing. I have been a loyal customer for years, I am outraged at how such a large institution can ***** from it's customers.
