Money deducted no token received - unreliable online prepaid services

I must say I have been very disappointed with your prepaid online service not once but twice. In July I bought electricity online and never received token had to calll in for the matter to be resolved the next day. I had sworn to myself to never use the service. Despite my reservations I decided to try it again 6 months later and to my disappointment out of the 2 transactions I did only one went through and the other suffered the same fate as in July. What is worse now is the fact that i have to wait 7-14 days for the refund as apparently Clicks is unable to generate or run the transaction again. The amount of inconvenience is unmeasurable, not only I found myself without electricity this was the last money I had which now i have to wait for so long to get for an error solely from your end. I am greatly disappointed and I will never use this service again as twice is too many times.
