Money deducted and order not confirmed/ No order reference after online payment

I made an online order for R1049.85 from Clicks which i paid through my credit card on the clicks online site. My money went through but i have no order confirmation on the clicks online account or neither did i received an online confirmation. Called the clicks customer care and they told me they cannot see the transaction on their side and that it must be a system glitch. Can someone fix this issue and I get order confirmation or I be refunded my money. I was provided the reference of *** as the customer agent said they are escalating my complaint.
