Mocked and accused of *****ing by employee

<p>Not usually one to complain or write reviews, but just went to Clicks earlier to purchase a face product. The lady working there claimed I had taken 2 & hadn't put both back and I explained I had taken 2 different products and both were put back & even asked if she'd like to do a search. After a while whilst still browsing, she hadn't realized I was in hearing range & I heard her mocking me to another employee saying in a high pitched tone "Do you wanna search me". At this point I had gotten really annoyed but thought to myself just take the high road. So I purchase my stuff and leave & see her standing at the exit/entrance and the security also watching me while I pay and as I leave the store the buzzer sets off. So I ended up been searched and embarrassed and of course they found nothing.</p> <p>Thinking back I realize she most probably set the buzzer off on purpose to make sure I was searched. I'm sorry but that's horrible customer service. It's one thing accusing a customer and then mocking them but also then making sure they were searched when they were innocent the whole time. And she also had the opportunity to search me earlier when I offered. I've always been a fan of Clicks but it's just disappointing to see such terrible customer service from a store that usually offers great products and service.</p>
