Mixed service

Clicks Fort Beaufort. During the lockdown period, I'd like to commend the friendly staff that work at the checkpoint, am not too happy with tje service if one assistant at the Pharmacy. I won't mention names because I don't want them to be in trouble but I think patience is the core trait of being a Customer Service Person. Listening to ppl who know what medicine they take but cannot remember the brand, noko I don't think that warrants thr Pharmacy Assistant to be curt, rude and basically nasty.

Nevertheless, please take note of the attitudes, taking in consideration the amount of stress, we all, as a country are under.
