Mix up of scripts

Hi there, I scanned my script under my profile and my meds came through last month. When I log in now as I want to submit another script. It seems that I have some other guys script under my details that I know nothing of and this is very terrible as this means his personal information is now divulged to me and this needs to be rectified as I have no idea who is waiting for their medication and has not received it because its under my profile
