Mix & Match

On the 08/09 I bought the Oh So Heavenly product at Southgate. On arrival at home i noticed that the discount was not passed. On the 10/09 called the customer service line and spoke to the lady by the name of Simone. I explained to her that I bought 3 products and I did not receive the discount because on the shelf the advert stated that Mix and Match, buy any 3 products and the cheapest 1 is free but in this case it did not happen. She further explained that i was suppose to take same product but not mix and match them. My concern is that clicks advert is misleading, as the products that I purchased were on the same shelf. She promised to come back to me after contacting the promotions department. Its almost 12 days now she has not comeback to me.
