Mistreating customer and not apologising

I went to clicks Bloemfontein to buy medication got to the cashier and paid, when I was going out the door rang, I went back and security was called he searched my bag and found nothing. I had new charlie lip gloss that was bought same shop few months and it was the cause, cashier said if it was bought a long time ago its impossible for it to again so that means it was not paid for, I told her there is no way I could ***** than she said people ***** plastics as well so its no surprise. Superviser was called and she came with a big attitude when I told her I bought that thing early in the year she just said to me there is no way because those products are not even 2 months old, I asked if they had cameras she said no the machine at the door won't lie and she was very rude I was taken to the back like a ******** only to find that thing was bought in december and after all that mistreat I did not even get a simple sorry from the superviser after she was that rude with me. I feel this matter must be taken further because of the embarrassment after they do not even care.
