Missing item

Good day

My sisters went to Clicks Sable Square to return items, however their system was down so they checked the items against the slip.

I delayed going back as I was in another province, on my return went for the refund, I was told there was an item missing. They put the blame on my sisters while all the items were checked against the slip, the after service was pathetic from the manager.
