Missing item

I went to clicks in Pretoria CBD Pretorius Street to but a few things including an essence eyebrow mascara but to my surprise when I got home it wasn’t there. This is not the first time I had this bad experience but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I’m not going to let it slide this time. I was assisted by Thabang on the 5/10/2024 around 14:30. I hope I will get a response back soon
