Miss treated "profiled"

I just visited one of your stores in pietermaritzburg, I am utterly disgusted by the way I was treated like a ******** while trying to leave the store" it beeps at the door" . I take everything out of my bag the security guard proceeds to say I myself will be searched by the manager as he can't find anything in the bag the audacity the tone you would swear we knew each other and I wasn't a customer

Nobody was going to touch me I might add, he continues to rudely interact with me I take it he took it upon himself to judge that I was a ******** appalling behavior I might add considering he is not even a clicks employee , do better with treating customers fairly. If he had taken the time to search properly he would have found what the manager eventually found in my bag. (A blue essence mascara bought from one of your stores sickening to know that im now a clown at a circus because your staff failed to initally remove the tag in the first place)

The Humiliation is an understatement for , I have spent alot of my money in your stores never ****** anything in my life and yet today your "team" basically accused me of theft.

the security guard continues to talk (not apologising) just throwing snide remarks disgusting. Basically wanting to have the last word "great customer service wouldn't you say"

I didn't know clicks brookside profiles clients incorrectly sies do better .I'm black and usually black folk don't lodge complaints that is even one of the reasons why we are dealt the underhand . Also how many people do you think have experienced that kind of treatment from that store? Nowadays people take videos imagine if I was with my kids I'm a mother someone's wife .I might add I usually use clicks southgate spar in pietermaritzburg pleasant friendly and helpful staff from the security to the manager akaze bengiphathise okwenja.
