Misrepresentation of specials

At 09:15:55 on 19 November 2015 I bought three Rimmel nail polishes at the advertised special (buy 3 get the cheapest one free) only to find out (eventually) that the clearly displayed special did not apply to all the nail polishes in the container. I had to wait for another customer (only a single till open until quarter past nine) who had the same problem regarding chocolate slabs that were erroneously advertised as a special. Where Clicks used to have friendly competent staff, the young till assistant who opened the second till, tried in vain to get the attention of one Monica, a person supervisor, who, when she finally arrived, told me stoically that the special did not include all the Rimmel polishes in the specific container. No smile, no customer rapport - I was very polite and accommodating of the obviously uncertain young till assistant, but expect that a supervisor would react with some sort of recognition - I might as well have spoken to a robot. Clicks is certainly losing ground.
