Misrepresentation of click and collect services

The click and collect service is really ****ty nd a misrepresentation. The website says 2 to 3 working days, and I'm on day 10 already. Clicks should put the true reflection and not lie to the clients, it should be stated that this takes 7 to 10 days so we know what we are letting ourselves in for, Rather just cancel this service as it's not in any way convenient.
