Misleading shelve pricing

The OSH poducts are littered with purple stickers meaning you get 3 for the price of 2, get cheapest free. After paying at the till and inspecting the slip, we found that the discount is not given. The manager was very blaze and dismissive (I am a gold client btw). He said the promotion only runs from November but the shelves are littered with purple stickers. Also the normal 3 for 2 hand wash deal was not app**** at the till even though it is shown at the shelve. I am very disappointed! (I have the till slip to prove).
