Misleading information

I purchased usn blue lab 900g whey powder in January at clicks Kenilworth as it was on promotion. I asked the cashier until when the promotion is and she said until 19 Feb. I went today to purchase the same product and they charged me normal price. Checking my previous till slip and seeing the product I purchased they still refused to charge the promotional price.
