Misleading and bad service

I will give this a big zero if i could, clicks Zevenwagte Mall is misleading i purchased a pack of diapers and wipes a day ago and selected the click and collect option. No where does it say it takes seven working days just for them to take if off their shelf and put it in a packet , a item that there is stock of and is in their store . Seven days are you for real. I need those items soonest my baby is not gonna wait seven days. Clicks didn't take seven days to take my money they took it immediately so why can't i expect the same in return. The customer service is so bad , i called the store at Zevenwagte and they didn't even know what to say or how to perform their job i mean how did they even qualify for their job. This one lady even hanged up on me like seriously. Im really furious and this is unacceptable. I'll never buy there again they can't compete with Dis-chem.
