Misleading advertising & slow service

Bad advertising - ad clearly said any skincare products from bodyshop yet the system wouldn't let me take body butter because 'it's not a skincare product'.

Also the slowest service. Not sure if the staff are treated badly or they're all just tired but everything took extremely long to do because they were all distracted and in no rush to assist anyone. Borderline rude.
