Misleading Ad

I have always known that Clicks club card has some kind of funeral benefit but I thought "agh its just for promotion purpose" when my mom passed on I called them regarding her points and then asked about the funeral benefit and i was kept holding for close to 30 minutes then i was told some excuses, and then the last time I phoned them I was told to call Hollard, which I didn't maybe because i didn't want more disappointment, all i am saying is they should remove the funeral befit from their ad if they know its a lie.
