MISCONDUCT - ******* OPERATIONS

I have never had an incident at Clicks and always receive excellent service, but what I experienced today has shocked me and will definitely not be supporting this branch again. Bluff branch DBN, Bluff Hillside Mall. As I got to the cashiers there was only one on duty but it was customer was filling in some sort of paperwork. She assisted me on the right side whilst the other customer was still busy with her paperwork. The cashier processed my purchase and asked me for my clicks club card (which I have not yet activated) I told her that I do not have one presently. She then proceeded in Zulu to ask the elderly woman next to me if she can swipe her club card so she can get the points. WAS SHE SERIOUS???? WHAT TYPE OF MISCONDUCT ARE YOUR CASHIERS UP TO? I could not believe my eyes. As I confronted the cashier she was shocked, stating that she did not see it as wrong. I mean really, her common sense told her that this is correct company conduct to award A COMPLETE STRANGER points for MY purchase?????? A manager was called to void the points and I also told him what happened, he looked a tad shocked but didn't even try an apologise or even speak to me. I also then looked at all the staff and told them none of them are wearing name badges , not even Management. Luckily I have my slip with cashier details. Purchase time 9h27. Cashier Name: Nokubonga. I would like urgent feedback on the matter.
