Microwave explosion

Hi I bought a Safeway 20l microwave from you a 3 months ago.

Last night when I opened the microwave after warming food in it , the glass on the microwave door shattered in my face. When I went to the store to return it and get a new microwave, preferably not Safeway again because it caused trauma. The sore rejected to take it back. They the manager proceeded to have a conversation with the supervisor in Xhosa in front of me so that I don’t understand, my cousin understood him and he said no just tell her that we refuse to take it back.

I told Him what if my 1 year old daughter was in the kitchen and the glass shattered in her face. The glass flew so far away that it hit my cousin that was eating at the table close by. And what if I wasn’t wearing glasses and the glass ended up in my face. There’s so many bad scenarios that could have happened. It’s a fault with this specific microwave and it could’ve ended very badly. And the store rudely told me to take the microwave and leave and I should not talk about whatifs! All I want is another microwave as we use our microwave daily to warm my daughters food etc now we can’t even do that.
