Metal security pins super dangerous!

Clicks has these little thin metal wires that gets stuck to their cosmetic products. I assume it is a magnet of some sorts that prevents people from *****ing their product. I recently bought a bunch of make up at Clicks in Durban. Upon opening the shrink wrap, one of these metal pins stuck into my finger and piece broke off. It has been over a month and I cannot get the piece removed and my finger has not healed. I learnt from a friend that the same thing happened to her just last week, but that she managed to get the broken piece out of her finger. I wrote to Clicks on their Facebook page, but no one has even bothered to respond. Now I have to pay to go see a doctor to have this piece of metal removed from my finger. Surely there is a less dangerous way of securing your product Clicks!! Not only is this costing me me time and money, but I have been in pain for a month now! Bad customer service to say the least.
