Messed up online orders and pathetic service!!

I placed 2 seperate orders on the 23/03/2020. One in the morning and one evening.. My evening order arrived last Monday 30/03 with FedEx, to date I am still waiting for my first order. After several attempts and wasted airtime,I get told to contact Ram couriers as they handed over the order to them already!!! WHY NOT SEND BOTH ORDERS WITH THE SAME COURIER!!!!! Its ridiculous!! Why must I contact the courier when I purchased through clicks??? Every call, it's been escalated to our online team.. WTH??!!! My baby's formula is in that order.. So disappointed with the service. I shop in store at clicks weekly and this is the service I get!!!! Never again!!!
