Melkbosstrand Clicks - The WORST!!!!

This review has been a long time coming!

This is by far the worst clicks I have ever visited. They should rather do everyone a favor and close their doors. They always have an issue, whether it being short staffed, staff arriving late at work and the shop being closed as a result, or their systems being down. And all round bad customer service to say the least.

Always a problem and wasting a clients time. Maybe clicks isn't paying their employees enough. Who knows what he cause is.

And while I'm there, then there are other people that are also upset wasting even more of my time - In actual fact I can't remember when last I was there that there wasn't someone that was complaining.

The whole store is a joke and the pharmacists that work there are probably all unqualified. None of them can think logically in a situation where there is a problem. And they are suppose to dispense your medication??? I would rather stay away if I was you. You might die of poisoning or natural causes as a result of frustration.
