Meiciation incorrectly dispensed.

I am so exasperated with Clicks Direct Medicines. Three months in a row they managed dispense the incorrect dosage of my chronic medication because the "auto" function in their IT system had a fault. Since bringing the error to their attention I am the one has to keep following up with emails and phone calls. I have still not received the medication that was short dispensed, and I keep getting told the same message by their custmer services that they are sorry. Stop being sorry and take ownership of the problem and get it sorted.
