mediocricy at Clicks Sunnypark

I was made to feel like a ***** today as I picked up a mascara from the cosmetics section and passed on to check for body lotion on the isle adjacent to the cosmetics.The lady assisting at cosmetics politely informed me that Im not allowed to walk around the store with cosmetics items.I am expected to leave the item go around the store and only when I go to the till,should I come back to cosmetics to fetch the items.

I immediately left to the till point as I had no energy to respond to such mediocricy. Could clicks then just move their cosmetics section closer to the till points or better still,send their staff members with the items for "convenience"?

Today you lost out on potential sales,beacause I had a couple more items I wanted to buy.Ill just buy at a more friendly store.
